3. Booking and Appointments

3.1 Bookings can be made online, by phone, or by email. A booking is confirmed when we send you a confirmation.

3.2 We aim to arrive within the agreed appointment window. If we are delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible.

3.3 Please ensure someone over 18 years of age is present during the appointment with access to the boiler and any relevant areas.

3.4 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee of up to £50.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

4.2 For repairs, an initial diagnostic fee applies. Additional parts and labour will be quoted before work proceeds.

4.3 Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, card, and bank transfer.

4.4 For installations, a deposit may be required. The balance is due upon completion.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

5.1 Repair work is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion. This covers labour and any parts we supply.

5.2New boiler installations carry the manufacturer's warranty (up to 12 years depending on model). Our installation workmanship is guaranteed for 2 years.

5.3Warranties are void if the equipment is tampered with by unqualified persons or used contrary to the manufacturer's guidelines.

6. No Fix, No Fee

For repair callouts, if we cannot fix your boiler, you will not be charged for the callout. This does not apply if we diagnose the issue but you decline the repair, or if the boiler is beyond economical repair.

7. Safety

7.1 All our engineers are Gas Safe registered. Our registration number is displayed on our vehicles and ID cards.

7.2 If we identify an immediate safety risk, we are legally required to disconnect the appliance. We will explain the issue and provide options for rectification.
